Seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst with broad experience of subscription, membership, billing models and pricing. This role focuses on requirements gathering and analysis of various pricing points along the customer journey and interactions, subscriptions and billing models. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing user journeys, processes, data flows, and silos in a highly complex and nuanced environment with multiple billing models based on interaction and legacy technology. Experience of digital sales, retail, hospitality, ecommerce, or online gaming sectors will be an ideal background.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for pricing points in the customer journey, subscription, and billing models.
• Evaluate and document user journeys, processes, data flows, and identify silos.
• Document legacy technology, data environments and business processes for optimisation efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline processes ensuring minimal impact on billing systems employees ,and customer/user sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment integration of new processes.
• Contribute to the documentation efforts for the new billing platform implementation ensuring clarity usability.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst preferably in the retail hospitality ecommerce or gaming industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data processes.
• Excellent communication documentation skills.
• Experience with billing systems understanding their impact on user experience employee workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities.
