Project Overview:
Restructure and expansion of an existing data hall in a live environment. The project involves creating new white space, replacing existing generators, installing new electrical LV infrastructure, new HV Tx, and diverting existing HV supply. Civil works include ground clearance for new mechanical equipment and groundwork for new bases. Internal fit-out includes steel frame installation, building modifications, raised access floor install, and mezzanine floor install. M&E scope covers mechanical cooling, AC, fire protection, BMS, containment, PDU’s, cabling comms fire etc.
Project Duration: 52 weeks (from site start)
Project Value: £12M+
Responsibilities:
- Take full financial and delivery responsibility.
- Carry out financial forecasting and reporting of cost sales gross profit risk.
- Manage direct indirect resources supply chain plant materials logistics.
- Ensure records data systems are maintained up to date in accordance with standards policies procedures.
Requirements:
- Critical Infrastructure experience (Critical plant / Pharmaceutical / Hospitals)
- HNC HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
- SMSTS
- Black CSCS
- First Aid
- Full Driving Licence
Compensation:
Day rate of £280 - £300 per day.
