Description
Our client is a global Fintech type organisation now seeking a Compliance Specialist with PSD2 experience. You will be supporting the financial services regulatory compliance process for the UK, reporting to the Head of Compliance.
This is a 12 month contract, hybrid with 2 days a week in their superb central London offices.
Experience
FCA Regulatory reporting experience
Compliance management & auditing
Knowledge of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2)
Degree in Law, Finance or Business.
Experience within Banks, FinTech, Payments or Consultancy companies
Duties
Support overall compliance program.
Focus on requirements under FCA regulatory licences.
Regulatory reporting in accordance with Open Banking & Payments licences.
Assist in managing 'high-focus' areas such as regulatory reporting, customer complaints & notifications as per FCA and PSD2 guidelines.
