About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in system integrations and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. This is a 9-month contract opportunity to lead the management and execution of SAP integration projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and the successful integration of SAP solutions across relevant business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and addressing project challenges effectively.
- Provide leadership guidance mentoring resources allocated efficiently
Ensure adherence industry-specific regulations best practices (eg GxP FDA regulations etc)
Monitor report progress identify potential roadblocks implement corrective actions needed
Integration other systems supply chain manufacturing quality management adhering compliance standards
Manage resolve issues risks minimal impact timelines outcomes
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager focus system integration projects
Strong understanding pharmaceutical industry regulatory requirements quality assurance compliance standards
Experience modules (SAP S/4HANA MM SD PP etc) integration other systems
Expertise methodologies (Agile Waterfall)
Excellent communication interpersonal skills collaborate effectively technical non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving manage complex regulated environment
PMP Prince2 equivalent certification plus
Previous managing manufacturing distribution supply chain processes setting
Ability work independently multiple simultaneously maintaining focus outcomes
Desirable Skills:
