Summary
Job Summary: As a Lloyd’s Regulatory Analyst at Beazley your core purpose is to build strong understanding of end-to-end Lloyd’s reporting needs to be able accurately efficiently elicit challenge document requirements processes scope. You are key member of the Data Products team focused on unlocking data for Beazley stakeholders ensuring our accurate timely reporting.
The Role
Data is one of Beazley's greatest assets our data reflects complexity of our business. Our data is in process modernization automation. Your role will be essential transformation into digital company meet ambitious growth plans. As Lloyd's Regulatory Analyst focused on Compliance data you will be responsible portfolio data products supporting our business UK Europe Asia. You will work with business stakeholders a Data Product Owner understand data needs prioritize development create roadmap iterative deliveries enhanced data products Modern Data Platform.
As key member our data team you will initially be responsible regulatory reports such as Eligible Complainants Conduct Risk ELTO PMDR RRQ among others.You will lead transition operationalize our data leading greater efficiency higher quality better business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Business and Data Analysis
- Act as key representative from data management support projects change management or/and Beazley's strategic initiatives.
- Own portfolio dataproducts create roadmap iterative delivery automated reports enhancements.
- Advise business on best practices challenge existing structure regards systems processes any project linkdata.
- Manage stakeholders through report development lifecycle including requirements gathering updates expectation management user testing sign off roll-out.
- Build trusted datamodels support reporting projects including understanding datasources writing SQL datapipelines creating populating datamodels.
- Collate prepare submitdata regulatory reporting analysing find conclusions.
- Design build reports using sophisticated visualisation tools optimise enhancebusinessreporting intelligence acrossBeazle support teams deliver enhanced outcomes.
- Identify product/capability constraints work Product Owner Platform Lead deliveryteam(s) address these.
- Act ambassador forData Quality ensuringData Governance Quality Framework best practices embedded across allwork done.
- Monitor mitigation remediation activities around root cause analysisdata issues.
