Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Authorised APMG Agile Instructor to deliver the APMG International Product Owner and APMG International Scrum Master training courses and certifications. This is a contract position with fully remote work flexibility. As an instructor, you will play a key role in empowering individuals and organisations with the skills necessary to succeed in Agile environments. We require the delivery of multiple APMG International Product Owner and APMG International Scrum Master training courses over the next 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training for the APMG International Product Owner and APMG International Scrum Master certification courses.
- Facilitate live virtual classes, providing participants with an interactive learning experience.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date with the latest best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Mentor and guide students to prepare for certification exams.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment for learners, promoting active participation and engagement.
- Handle administrative responsibilities related to course delivery (e.g., attendance tracking, feedback collection, exam booking process).
Required Qualifications:
- Authorised APMG Agile Instructor (for both Product Owner and Scrum Master courses).
- Proven experience delivering APMG International Agile training courses.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with a flexible schedule.
- Experience working with diverse teams and learners from various backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends and advancements in Agile methodologies.
- An understanding of pragmatic Agile implementation.
- Prior experience in delivering remote training in a virtual classroom setting.

Compensation: Up to £900 per day, depending on experience.
