A fantastic new vacancy has arisen across all of our locations. We are recruiting multiple Compliance and Audit Facilitators to join our organisation.

Role Overview:
In this critical role you will support the Operational Managers to record, complete and report on all audits required in your setting. This role will be based on-site with some travel requirements to carry out physical audits, therefore a full UK compatible driver's licence is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of audits such as:
- Vehicle Audits
- Staff Uniform Audits
- IPC (Infection Prevention Control) Audit
- Meds management
- Fire Safety Audit
- Record the audits conducted.
- Promote best practice to operational staff, ensuring quality recording and reporting remain in place.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Self-motivated individual with great attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Accuracy is essential to ensure compliance with auditing processes.
