Role Overview:
CereCore is seeking a Senior Data Engineer on a consultancy basis to work with us periodically within specific data management projects. This individual will play a key role in developing ETL pipelines, transforming healthcare data, and ensuring high-performance data workflows. They will work closely with data architects, clinicians, and research teams to enable seamless access to high-quality clinical datasets.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for migrating data from Epic Caboodle to OMOP CDM.
- Transform and standardise Epic-specific data to align with OMOP vocabularies (SNOMED, RxNorm, LOINC).
- Develop efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SQL, Python, Spark, or Apache Airflow.
- Optimise cloud-based data infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Snowflake to support high-performance analytics.
- Ensure data integrity、 accuracy、and compliance with NHS数据治理和IG法规。
- Implement数据验证和质量检查使用OMOP Data Quality Dashboard（DQD）。
- Collaborate与数据架构师、分析师和研究团队合作支持分析和AI驱动的见解。

Requirements:
