About The Job
We're looking for an established and experienced senior/executive individual to lead and drive delivery of all data projects/programs of work for full transformation and growth for VML Data EMEA. As the Delivery Director you will play a key role in shaping VML's data presence across multiple global accounts. You will be a thought leader passionate about finding the best delivery models and approaches for new business as well as existing clients across our range of marketing data offerings. This position requires strong leadership skills instinctive strategic thinking along with a deep understanding of marketing technologies campaign services analytics trends.
Proficiencies And Character
- Proven track record of leadership in data marketing business operations media tech e-commerce or related areas preferably in a global consumer brand context.
- In-depth knowledge of data marketing technologies trends with passion for innovation creativity.
- Exceptional leadership team management abilities capacity to inspire motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills leveraging data to drive operational decision-making optimization assessments.
- Experience managing large budgets delivering measurable business results.
- Excellent commercial aptitude ability to manage grow P&L.

Operations And Delivery
- Accountable for Delivery Management multiple projects from initiation planning monitoring completion closure.
- Ensure Delivery Management Framework adherence contributing development refinement.
- Establish governance action management communication routines mitigating issues risks resolution plans.
- Manage core project areas scope time cost quality ensuring project outputs meet expectations:
- Scope: Work closely with project sponsors ensuring business requirements met project's outputs fit purpose.
- Time: Maintain up-to-date accurate schedule tracking project tasks key milestones.
- Cost: Manage project cost tracking costs based on budget forecast actuals/reconciliations.
- Quality: Oversee project's quality control assurance aspects including UAT testing phases.
Analytics
- Briefing working closely technical consultants data analysts dev team oversight analytics stand-ups ensuring pro-active response client briefs prioritising delivering within agreed SLA managing client expectations reinforcing internal processes ensuring effective JIRA ticket management processes creating tickets assigning resources triaging prioritizing closing tickets.
- Track-record experience delivering analytic projects SEO SEM technical understanding how website analytics works across major providers (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics).
Marketing Technology Consulting
- Managing data projects major global client portfolio delivering programs (costs timings risks dependencies admin) across strategy analytics business marketing opportunities briefing managing consultants outlining opportunities growing account alongside business director managing relationships clear communication through effective reporting.
Commercials And Operations
- Lead RFP/RFI's or projects scoping covering scope resources budget estimation responsible portfolio profitability all projects agency be single point contact maintain customer satisfaction provide regular status updates outstanding issues/risks/resolution plans regarding progress responsible effective operation systems management EMEA region.
Leadership And Team Management
Accountable for effective change management on:
