Client Overview:
Our client, an Investment Management organisation based in the City of London.
Position Overview:
Seeking a Business Analyst to join their Business Process Automation team on an initial 6-month contract. This role will support the review and transformation of legacy automated processes within middle and back-office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing automated processes.
- Assess relevance and efficiency of processes.
- Plan decommissioning or migration to a new NoCode/LowCode platform.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to align automation initiatives with the firm’s new operating model.
- Support Project Managers in tracking deliverables and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in the buy-side Investment Management industry.
- Strong understanding of middle and back-office operating models.
- Process automation project experience.
- Strong Business Analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
