Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 'keeping the lights on' for all the critical Operations global & local reporting solutions. Apply data, analytics, process, and object expertise to support interim state and S/4 design, acting as an integral part of the Data and Analytics design team, considering both business process and analytics requirements.
- Gain understanding and insights, very rapidly, of the complex Operations Analytics landscape, data flows and data models that will get impacted during each deployment phase of the program.
- Own relationship and establish communities of practice with various Operations groups like Operations Data, Enterprise Process Owners & Leads for various Ops areas - P2DD, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Clinical etc., Operations Analytics teams and IT teams to understand the S/4 HANA Target State and likewise interact with the BAU Business groups and ODH IT groups for the AsIS estate. Through this collaboration understand the impact of the new data definition and design on Finance Analytics in areas of Supply Chain, Plan vs Actuals, Quality Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics etc.
- Influence Enterprise Process Owners, Global Business Process Owners and the Finance business communities to transform from old ways of mindset into the way and where appropriate move or use analytics.
- Provide direction as a Solution architect in designing building adjusting Interim State strategy during various phases of S/4 HANA transformation program. The solution framework should be global in nature while allowing flexibility for localization remediation.
- Align with PMO BAU units stakeholders to map out interim state remediation timelines aligning schedules.
- Perform readiness checks for test data quality data volume lower environment landscape UAT readiness etc., for all deployment schedules.
- Drive participate SIPOC deliverables (User stories KDD detailed working sessions etc.) for Design Workshops Interim State along with Localization workshops.
- Constantly monitor evaluate risks in provided solutions timelines remediation (build) collaborate with Interim State teams on ways to mitigate risk via technology process or ways of working.
- Analyze impact other inflight projects proposed projects mergers acquisitions on interim state strategy remediation plans.
- Provide guidance adjusting then in place interim state strategy constantly changing ecosystem during implementation.
- Evaluate issues after post golive propose solutions workarounds mechanisms avoid similar issues future go-lives.
- Comfortable working fast-paced dynamic matrixed environment capable achieving results often short timelines.
Essential Requirements:
- 20+ years experience in SAP projects.
- Two or more full life cycle S/4 HANA implementations several ECC implementations.
- Experience managing interim state at least one these implementations.
- Techno-functional expertise various areas Supply Chain & Operations.
- Experience knowledge Analytics tools Data Warehouses like PowerBI Qlik Azure Data lake Snowflake SAP B4H SAP Analytics Cloud etc.
- Bachelor's Master's degree Business Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSCP certification
- Experience newer Operations modules concepts S/4 HANA e.g., BRH SAC etc
- Integration Finance other Lines Business e.g., Logistics Inventory Management Operations planning Supply Chain Manufacturing etc
- Lifesciences Healthcare industry experience.
