Job OverviewThe QHSE Systems & Compliance Manager will be required, as part of a team to carry out a wide range of QHSE related activitiesKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the administration, development and continual improvement of the systems used to manage and report QHSE.Plan, Coordinate and perform as necessary, the QHSE activities required to maintain legal and MS compliance and provide the inputs for analysis and review.To work with the QHSE team to help develop, implement, and continually improve the Company and Project QHSE Standards and requirements.Assist in identifying and processing any non-conformances, liaise with suppliers (internal and external) and help with providing corrective action and lessons learned.Provide management system reports, maintain and update electronic information systems, distribute and ensure accuracy of all documentation in line with the Company procedures and policies.Helping to promote the best practice and safe systems of work we have built in to our QHSE Management systems, helping and mentoring the users and operators.Educational RequirementsCQI Level 3 would be preferableISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor would be preferableNEBOSH certificate preferableRelated Work Experience5 years min QHSE experience ideally EngineeringISO MS Standards knowledge (9001,14001,45001)Functional SkillsGood interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail and accurate.Flexible and pro-active.Good written and spoken communication abilities.Ability to work to deadlines.Ability to read drawings.Have a structured approach to problem solving.Able to use basic measuring equipment.A good knowledge of calibration requirements.Computer literateKnowledge of stores and Goods Inward Given current workload, Unique regrets to inform you that in the instance you do not receive feedback on your application within 2 weeks of applying to consider yourself unsuccessful.
