The role will deal with a wide variety of procurement activities including, sourcing, supplier negotiation, operational engagement and support, spend analytics, project and risk management and contract management. The role will also involve category management of supply chain (Co-Pack, Warehousing, logistics and Factory Operations etc.)Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and service levels.Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.Lead sourcing initiatives for warehousing, logistics, co-pack and bakery operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and operational requirements.Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain and procurement functions.Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and risks to develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and sustainability goals.Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance decision-making processes.Lead supplier negotiations and train internal stakeholders on negotiation strategies and legal compliance.Who We Are Looking ForMinimum 4 years’ experience in FMCG, Supply chain category experience preferredEducated to degree level or equivalentConfidence in dealing with challenging situationsTenacityStrong excel analytical skillsAnalytical and numerate – attention to detailExcellent organisation, communication and negotiation skillsCompetent working with SAP, Excel and WordTeam player, proactive and results focusedAbility to travel to our sites.
