Company Overview:
A leading provider of digital transformation services, specializing in document processing and data capture for regulated industries, is looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join a government project. This role focuses on manual and integration testing and requires on-site presence in Birmingham for releases.
Key Details:
Contract Length: 6 months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid, with on-site work in Birmingham for release cycles
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual execution for process testing, focusing on OCR data validation
- Identify errors, classify defect types, and ensure accurate data capture
- Perform end-to-end and integration testing in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Handle two separate workstreams efficiently
- Utilize Jira & Confluence for tracking and documentation
- Use SQL & MongoDB to assist with bug reporting and QA validation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in manual, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive but critical tasks
- Familiarity with OCR technology and data validation processes
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham for releases
