Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organise meetings, workshops and other project management activities as required.
- Support management and allocation of project resources, ensuring any constraints are escalated.
- Ensure flow of communication between team members and across various functions, as well as external vendors to ensure they are kept informed of project progress to support on time, on budget and to quality delivery.
- Maintain and update project documents, including project plans, RAID log, communication plan, and budget in line with PMO governance and methodology.
- Monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the project life-cycle, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Provide support to complete project deliverables on time, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
Experience Required:
- Ability to use project management tools.
- Experience in organising project management activities.
- Ability to proactively and effectively communicate to stakeholders.
- Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders (internal IT teams, facilities and engineering teams, external vendor(s)).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Ability to be a team player with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Understands the fundamentals of project management and associated processes.
