Job Description
As a Product Content Manager you will work in a dynamic and agile cross-functional team to support the deployment of our Digital Health Products, including (web portals, mobile applications, questionnaires, devices and revolutionary patient driven health monitoring solutions). Main responsibilities will be content management ownership of product and therapeutic area content assigned, including the end-to-end content development, translation processing and enablement for the product testing journey, ensuring the correct content is delivered, maintained and available for use by studies that use our product suite.
Product Content Ownership Will Include:
- Be a key part of the Content Management Team, translating the core product generic content throughout the various stages of development and implementation of the digital health products life cycle. Additional aspects include hands-on content management work through a headless CMS platform.
- Be a key member of the Product development squads as the dedicated PoC Content Manager, aiding the teams to help define, design, develop and model content features for use in the CMS and across product client applications.
- Collaborate with other content managers on key feature developments that cross different areas for a seamless approach to managing content split across areas.
- Be spokesperson for your dedicated squad(s) for enabling the end-to-end content process timelines for processing, translation and publication.
- Work closely with the wider Content team including Content Director, Product Content Lead and Content Enablement team to lead, plan, assess resource reuse store process manage effectively.
- Support product clinical study teams during maintenance closeout phase with content change requests bug fixes.
- Support coordinate activities during app web elaborations feature development activities according to release alignment study-related dependency deadlines.
- Collaborate with other products areas ensure efficiencies continuity across products platforms including suite study onboarding activities translation processes/requirements.
- Coordinate manage translations defined by your domain responsible ongoing maintenance per release support from Enablement team.
- Be part new development squads supporting as Manager help shape define design develop model features.
- Proactively pivot between different parts production process overlapping roadmaps timelines while keeping strict deadlines.
- Support actively contribute improvement initiatives active feedback within digital solutions meetings.
- Enjoy working at fast pace 'agile framework following continuously evolving processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- (Digital) Content Management experience (cloud-based or headless CMS)
- Bachelor Hons Degree in communication media information digital journalism science health product development or corresponding field
- Hands-on experience as a Content Manager
- Detailed experienced publishing editing digital development either copywriter UX designer project manager connected roles corresponding fields
- Experience understanding localised managing multiple translations varying types
- Experience working cross-collaborative environment within global organization
- Excellent hands-on experience Systems Digital Asset Management systems DAM
- Good understanding production localisation life cycle pharma highly regulated science based industries
- Basic knowledge web publishing HTML desirable knowledge SEO JavaScript CSS
- Ability collaboratively cross-functional setting internal external partners
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
