Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening employee engagement across Keys Group. As a Communications and Engagement Officer, you will support in the rollout and management of a new employee engagement app, ensuring it enhances communication, collaboration, reward and recognition, and engagement across the organisation. You will be responsible for creating compelling content and campaigns that bring our values to life, creating a sense of connection and involvement among colleagues across our diverse organisation. This role requires creativity, energy, and the ability to use rich media formats to ensure communications are engaging, inclusive, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the launch and ongoing management of the employee engagement app.
- Manage content creation for the app.
- Develop engaging content for the app including written copy, videos, graphics.
- Promote the app to all employees driving adoption.
- Support planning/execution of internal engagement campaigns/events.
- Work closely with HR/Operations teams on engagement strategies.
- Provide training/support on effective use of the app.
- Liaise with customer success manager for platform optimization.
- Develop creative campaigns celebrating achievements/success stories.
- Analyse engagement data for effectiveness recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for insights/feedback gathering.
- Ensure digital initiatives are user-friendly/accessibly aligned with EPIC values (Excellence, Passion Integrity Caring).
- Ensure brand consistency across communications.
- Work with marketing team on external promotion where appropriate.

Qualifications And Experience:
- Proven experience in internal communications or related field.
- Strong copywriting skills crafting impactful messages.
- Creativity using rich media (video/animation/podcasts).
- Knowledge of digital platforms/tools; experience in apps like Workvivo or Staffbase advantageous.
- Ability to work independently; drive projects forward enthusiastically.
- Excellent organisational/project management skills handling multiple priorities.
- Ability engaging diverse audiences clearly compellingly communicating messages.
- Passion for employee engagement positive workplace culture creation desired experience social care/education healthcare sector desirable knowledge design tools (Canva Adobe Creative Suite) video editing software.
