Are you a
seasoned Senior Business Analyst
with a deep understanding of
process simplification and re-engineering
? Our client is seeking a Senior BA to lead
operational improvements
within a UK Leading private bank, driving efficiency and impactful change.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify areas for business process improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, making tangible recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows, focusing on process simplification and efficiency.
Act as a Business Analyst on multiple concurrent change projects, prioritizing business process re-engineering and customer-centric improvements.
Ensure all stakeholders maintain a focus on process simplification and efficiency in their deliverables.
Own and maintain key project documentation (requirements documents, epics, stories, process maps, customer journey maps, target operating models, etc.).
Oversee an effective requirements-gathering process, ensuring alignment with solution design, delivery, and testing.
Manage senior stakeholders across Partner and Senior Management levels, working closely with Relationship Management, Banking Operations, and Risk functions.
Define and contribute to innovative, cost-effective solutions that drive real business value.
Produce and support business process maps to enhance procedures, controls, and efficiency.
Map and refine customer/user journeys to ensure optimal experience and business outcomes.
What You Bring:
? 10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
? Demonstrated background in process review, simplification, and re-engineering.
? Lean or Six Sigma expertise is desirable.
? Private Banking knowledge (or relevant regulated industry experience is preferred).
? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
? Ability to drive change and challenge existing processes.
