We are seeking a Commercial Programme Director to work in the Defence sector.Location: Hybrid working – Reading (2 days per. week)Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Commercial Management background at Director Level, with the following skills/ experience:Strong commercial background/experience in quantity surveying (Cost Estimating/Cost Planning/Contract Planning/PMO/Risk Governance/Development/Process/Performance)Strong understanding of NEC Contract knowledge Option A, C and EStrong understanding of Cost Management / Invitation to Tender / Supplier Relationship Management / Supplier Performance Management working within complex construction programmesStrong commercial governance experience working in nuclear, defence, or central government sectors.
