Join a leading Investment Management firm as a Programme Director for an initial12-month contract. In this role, you will lead a high-profile, enterprise-wide strategic transformation, focused on implementing a newly designed operating model. This complex programme will impact multiple operational models, and we are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale Operating Model programmes within investment management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a division-wide programme, ensuring successful delivery across multiple operational models.Oversee sourcing, 3rd party contracts, people, tools, and other programme elements, with a strong focus on change management.Drive simplification of tech activities and manage the integration of legacy tech systems and processes, achieving significant cost efficiencies.Manage the end-to-end Target Operating Model (TOM) and Organisational Design (OD).Influence senior stakeholders and the executive team to ensure alignment and progress across a matrixed, federated organisation.Partner with consultants, the Group Transformation Office, and CTOs in federated divisions to drive the transformation agenda.Lead a transformation team, ensuring the delivery of both strategy and execution.Key RequirementsProven experience managing large-scale, complex Operating Model programmes within investment management.Expertise in sourcing, managing 3rd party contracts, and navigating through complex, matrixed organisations.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders and executive teams.Expertise in Change Management, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through change.Resilience under pressure with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills, ensuring significant impact and alignment with business goals.Ability to simplify and drive efficiency in technology activities, while managing and improving legacy systems/processes.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
