Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who speaks English, with a strong preference for proficiency in speaking French. The candidate will have excellent messaging and writing skills. This role involves direct management of existing and new enterprise client, integrator, and distributor relationships in Europe and the Middle East for the sale of our suite of technologies: Maestro AI, Maestro Axis, and ControlMaestro SCADA Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on client-promised deadlines.
- Maintain client, integrator, and distributor relationships.
- Handle daily sales updates.
- Create and update sales forecasts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop clients across all our suite of technologies globally with a focus on mainland Europe and the Middle East (EMEA).
- Sell into assigned commercial accounts within EMEA as the primary sales driver generating new leads within these regions.
Additional Responsibilities (Not Exclusively)
- Manage client life cycle from lead to prospect to pre-contract to contract; assist in ensuring delivery of benefits to both Elutions’ clients & Elutions.
- Promote deployment of Maestro Services in new sectors (such as M&A industry).
- Oversee sales and marketing efforts promoting company's suite of technologies.
- Secure contracts/partnerships expanding company's reach/revenue.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality services meeting/exceeding client expectations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients; understand their needs/expectations.
- Provide technical/domain expertise/guidance ensuring high-quality innovative solutions delivered to clients.
- Solicit feedback from clients driving improvements in service delivery/client satisfaction.
Sales Management Tasks
- Use HubSpot CRM managing a sales pipeline delivering against quarterly/annual quota; provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecast.
- Generate Sales velocity delivering predictable book business driving forecast accuracy utilizing contacts/market knowledge/ecosystem across assigned region.
- Agree on strategy penetrating new accounts with manager's support.
- Work independently leveraging Marketing/Inside Sales Teams enabling outbound activity generating pipeline leads/opportunities.
- Apply strong Sales skills identifying/process progress leads/opportunities through stages towards Closed-won showing weekly progress.
- Ensure successful close opportunities ensuring contracts/documentation are complete; maintain clean documented handover operations team.
Collaboration Tasks
- Work with solutions team understanding offerings providing local market knowledge ensuring product localization requirements met.
- Maintain partner relationships supporting enablement territory partner sales alongside manager's guidance.
- Travel attending country meetings/international industry events/tradeshows identifying new leads/progressing existing opportunities when agreed upon by your manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred; or minimum 5 years prior software sales experience if no degree present.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in Software Sales (SCADA is ideal).
- Experience providing solutions large industrial clients; SCADA software or PLC hardware experience desired but not essential.
- Ambition working across multiple countries as part international team required along with "Scale-up" Mindset being self-motivated/driven committed success required too .
- Ability Speak Multiple Languages (English & French mandatory).
- Proven track record success achieving quotas required .
