We have partnered with a company who are undergoing a large-scale S/4HANA programme and they have a requirement for 4 Change Managers. One each to lead on the finance, order to cash, procurement and manufacturing workstreams. You will need a thorough understanding of the relevant workstream and the processes for so to be successful.
If you have worked as a Change Manager on big SAP S/4HANA programmes in the FMCG/manufacturing/retail industries, you would be an especially good fit for this.
These roles fall OUTSIDE IR35 on a 12-month initial contract. It is predominantly remote but some international travel will be required as needed for the programme. This will be fully expensed. You will need to be able to start immediately or on no more than 2 weeks' notice.
Key skills:
Extensive SAP change management experience on large-scale S/4HANA programmes in the FMCG/manufacturing/retail industries.
Thorough knowledge and experience of the relevant workstream you'd be managing (one of finance, order to cash, manufacturing or procurement)
