Job Details:
- Python Developer-SC/DV Cleared – East Midlands – 550 per day OUTSIDE IR35 – 6 months
- We are currently recruiting for a Python Developer to join one of our government clients for a 6 month initial contract.
- They are offering 550 per day outside IR35.
- This role will require someone to be on site 5 days per week, based near Northampton, East Midlands (commutable from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton and North London).
- This role is working in an SC Security Cleared environment. You will need to be SC or DV Security Cleared or eligible to undertake Security Clearance.
Skills and Experience Required:
Technologies Required:
- Python 3.10 or higher
- Linux/Ubuntu/Debian/Red Hat
- SAN/backup Storage
- VMware platforms
- TCP/IP Network Knowledge
Experience and Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Python programming language
- Agile ITIL Foundation level/relevant experience
- Microsoft/Linux role-based certification and any relevant product certifications
- Knowledge of database concepts, object and data modelling techniques and design principles and of database architectures, software and facilities
- Substantial experience in relevant roles, including technologies in an enterprise environment, and of working within a secure environment
- Data engineering and manipulation
- Testing and Prototyping
- Asset and configuration management
- User-centred design
- Analyse, interrogate and evaluate data
- Draft/author professional/technical documents
- Interpret professional/technical documents
- Lead in a Matrix structure
