Overview:
We are seeking experienced Programme Managers to join our dynamic team. These consultants will be expected to integrate into projects swiftly, with minimal supervision, and effectively manage programmes while reporting to stakeholders at all levels. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, including the CIO, requiring a high level of expertise and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale programmes independently.
- Present to and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals and deliver value.
- Maintain robust stakeholder management and communication.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager.
- Previous consulting experience with firms such as PwC, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, etc., is highly desirable.
- Banking or financial services experience is a prerequisite.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, strategy, risk management, programme management, project management, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to stand their ground and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Super confident and capable of running multi-million projects independently.
