Description
We are seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the replacement of commercial boilers and heating systems for a client with projects in the Lake District.
Project Details:
- Penrith:
- Start Date: 14th April
- End Date: 30th May
- Whitehaven:
- Start Date: 2nd June
- End Date: 12th July
Key Requirements:
- Must be local to the Lake District (accommodation not provided)
- Proven experience in site management, particularly in heating and boiler projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with the onsite client manager
- Ability to manage a small number of trades onsite for smooth project execution

- CSCS
- First Aid
