Description

Role Purpose:
The Cybersecurity Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of various cybersecurity projects within the organization. This role will ensure that all cybersecurity initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined scope and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience along with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles for cybersecurity initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and other departments, to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status risks timelines
Collaborate senior leadership define goals priorities deliverables
Manage expectations resolve issues conflicts arise during course

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks develop strategies mitigate them within scope Conduct regular assessments adjust plans necessary minimize threats Knowledge Compliance Ensure comply relevant laws regulations industry standards Stay updated latest trends best practices remain proactive protecting sensitive data systems Work closely teams integrate requirements lifecycle
