Role Overview
Gerrard White is seeking a Consultant Programme Manager for a Telephony Integration Programme to deliver a single core telephony platform for a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-level programme plan for the delivery of a unified Telephony Solution for the business.
- Develop a detailed solution design.
- Oversee the overall delivery of the solution.
- Ensure the delivery of a secure, scalable, and strategic solution that enables flexible resourcing for various customer-facing processes.
- Act as an enabler for the Target Operating Model.
Requirements
- Recent experience in telephony integration projects at the programme manager level.
- Proven track record of managing at least two other projects for large organisations with successful outcomes.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role with remote work and a willingness to travel to Stoke/Manchester offices as required by the project.
Start Date
- Expected start date is early to mid-January.
