Contract Opportunity: Security Solutions Architect
Location: Hybrid (Bristol)
Rate: £700 per day (Outside IR35)
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Security Solutions Architect to join their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals eager to work in a flexible environment that balances office presence with remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain security solutions architecture, highlighting benefits and costs for technology solutions that advance security architecture.
- Collaborate with Technology Services teams, including architecture teams, to deliver security solutions, fostering a collaborative approach across global teams.
- Initiate significant changes, identify opportunities for security improvements, and manage continuous improvement initiatives and new approaches.
- Report key architecture recommendations, implications, themes, and trends to the Chief Security Architect.
- Stay ahead of emerging security and technology developments to align with business and technology strategies.
- Assist in defining and maintaining the Security Enterprise Architecture.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all Technology Services areas and external stakeholders to enhance the service provided by Global Information Security.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex security risks to a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to set and achieve challenging personal targets.
- Excellent time, resource, and project management skills to manage multiple engagements with conflicting priorities successfully.
