Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious £12 million hotel fit-out and expansion project in Oxfordshire? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled QS to join our team for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate cost management and financial oversight for the hotel’s fit-out and expansion.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables, ensuring all stages are completed on time and within budget.
- Handle procurement, subcontractor management, and payments.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with the project team, including architects, contractors, and engineers.
- Manage change control and mitigate risks associated with the live building environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high-end, complex construction projects, particularly in the hospitality or commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement processes, and contract administration.
- Previous experience working on live, occupied buildings is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with all stakeholders.
- Must have access to the Oxfordshire site.
