Description

Summary:
The role of PMO Consultant involves supporting a major ERP implementation by ensuring effective governance, risk management, and structured reporting. The position requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to navigate ambiguity while building relationships with internal teams and the ERP vendor. The consultant will work in a hybrid model, attending on-site workshops and working remotely with occasional visits. The contract is for 6 months with a potential extension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish PMO governance, managing plans, RAID logs, and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and the ERP vendor.
- Support the PMO Manager in refining processes and tool kits.
- Navigate ambiguity, shaping programme structures as they develop.

Key Skills:
- Strong PMO experience in ERP or large-scale technology programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.
- Experience in finance or regulated environments (preferred).
