Description

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain payment integration systems using Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Develop and enhance integrations with third-party payment gateways, ensuring secure and efficient payment processing
- Maintain high standards for code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and documentation
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system stability and performance
- Implement scalable architecture to accommodate growth and evolving business requirements

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails and knowledge of payment gateways or payment processing integrations
- Minimum of 5 years in software engineering roles with a focus on Ruby development and integrations
- Understanding of payment systems, transaction workflows, and relevant compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and deliver innovative solutions
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working with stakeholders across various functions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
