Company Overview:
My client is a Building Main Contractor with an annual turnover of £200m. They currently have a number of construction projects ranging from £1m to £30m in the East Midlands region. At present they are in the market for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage these schemes.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
• A build main contracting background
• JCT contract knowledge
• Sector experience within Commercial, Sport & Leisure, Retail, MOD
