We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Innovation (Contribute to the development and execution of innovative strategies for high-profile medical congresses, support cross-functional collaboration within the Immunology franchise, identifying synergies and new approaches to congress engagement…).Project Management Excellence (Support the end-to-end congress project lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, contribute to risk management strategies to ensure smooth execution of major congress initiatives, utilize advanced project management tools to optimize resource allocation and drive efficiency).Stakeholder Coordination & Communication (Assist in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, support the creation of compelling presentations to articulate project vision, progress, and outcomes to leadership, contribute to negotiations with vendors and partners).Strategic Analysis & Performance Optimization (Help design and implement innovative KPIs, assist in conducting in-depth analysis of congress outcomes, translating data into actionable insights, support continuous improvement initiatives based on post-congress learnings).Digital Engagement (Support the adoption of digital technologies to enhance congress impact and reach, assist in developing strategies to maximize digital engagement, contribute to new approaches for virtual and hybrid congress models).ExperienceAbout youPrevious experience in organisation, planning and execution of congresses and/or similar events would be preferred.Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry would be an asset.
