Lead Programme Manager (Matter Lifecycle, Billing Services & Systems) - Leading Law FirmA prominent law firm, is seeking a Lead Programme Manager to play a critical role in the successful delivery of their Matter Lifecycle Programme for Billings. This is an exciting opportunity to pick up an existing programme which is stuck, and driving transformational change within the legal sector.Position OverviewAs the Lead Programme Manager within the Matter Lifecycle Programme, you will be responsible for examining the scope of work, identifying and delivering the projects deliverables, working collaboratively with the wider business and forming a bridge between BAU and change teams. Your role will be crucial in ensuring effective communication with executivestakeholders at all levels and driving the programme forward to achieve its objectives.ResponsibilitiesIdentify all projects and deliverables, ensuring they align with the programme's goals.Lead and manage multiple projects through to benefit realisation, creating and delivering transformational change.Manage the shift in terms of adoption and change management, ensuring smooth transitionsBuild productive working relationships with senior stakeholders, including Chiefs, Directors, Senior Managers, and PartnersEnsure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concernsDrive the programme forward, rescuing and advancing stalled projects as necessaryRequirementsStrong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to work at speed and deliver high-impact plans within the first month.Experience in legal services and/or billing systems programmes.Proven track record of rescuing and driving forward stalled programmes.Ability to navigate complex environments and manage ambiguityResilience, confidence, and adaptability to engage effectively with senior stakeholdersCompany OverviewOur client is a leading law firm renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to its clients.
