Business Analyst - ERP Centre of Excellence Location: Broughton, Chester Hourly Rate: £50/hour Contract PositionJoin an Innovative & Agile TeamWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge SAP ERP solutions in the aerospace and manufacturing sector, driving business transformation and process improvements.Your RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will be part of a Multi-Functional Team, translating business needs into IT requirements while identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and optimization. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, ensuring smooth ERP deployment, system performance, and process alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth discovery meetings to capture complex business requirements.Define and develop specification documents and review them with stakeholders.Collaborate with Product Management and technical teams to develop solutions.Provide expert support to customers, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.Ensure services align with business objectives and operational needs.Support the deployment of the Unified ERP system within the UK plant.Required Skills & ExperienceSAP ERP experience is essential.Strong background in aerospace and/or manufacturing environments.Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes.Experience in IT Product Design, Development, and Change Management.Strong communication, active listening, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to make a real impact in a forward-thinking organization.
