Role Location
The role can be based in: Manchester or Liverpool within the UK.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, with a focus on one or more of the following disciplines:
- Data Product - Expertise in data and analytics
- Digital Product - Expertise in digital platforms (web, mobile, etc)
- Technical Product - Expertise in technical platforms & market infrastructure
- Financial Product - Expertise in clearing and settlement with investment banking
- Experience/Service - Expertise in client journeys, channels, services

You Will Have An Impact In Following Ways
- Defining and prioritizing product backlog; collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements; working closely with development team to ensure successful delivery of product.
- Managing product backlog and near-term roadmap ensuring it is properly refined, prioritized and groomed.
- Owning user stories; refinement process; Stakeholder Management (ongoing collaboration and updates).
- Writing specs for minor features; contributing meaningfully to specs for major features.
- Negotiating implementation of current work; making right trade-off decisions to launch products in high-quality manner; escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Identifying triaging issues with specific features while understanding how multiple features are interrelated; catching more complex problems.
- Defining proper measurement instrumentation for product analysis post-release/launch.
- Partnering with manager on recommendations regarding next steps for feature.
- Assessing quality of existing UX; making recommendations on improving user experience.

Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline required or equivalent work experience required. Extensive experience in product and financial services experience.
