We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. If you're experienced in content creation, social media growth, and passionate about Japanese culture—this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Copywriting: Write engaging blog posts and newsletters while managing our social media presence across platforms.
- Visual Content: Adhere to existing design templates in Canva and create engaging social media posts.
- Content Management: Handle the uploading, formatting, and scheduling of content including blogs, newsletters, and social posts.
- Growth Strategy: Develop lead magnets, landing pages and Facebook advertising campaigns to drive audience growth.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse performance metrics across platforms to improve engagement and reach.
Who you are:
- Japan Enthusiast: You have visited Japan or possess a strong interest in Japanese culture.
- Creator: You have a proven track record with your own blog/newsletter or published articles, plus experience growing social media accounts (especially Instagram).
- Experienced: You hold a degree in Creative Arts or Marketing, or relevant experience.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for design and maintain extremely high standards in your work where no typos are missed.
- Organised: You're proactive and excel at meeting deadlines.
