Planning Director
Description
Immediate start, 2 days per week, 2 month contract.We are looking for an omni-channel Communications and Connections Planner or Strategist, who will work on 2 key phases of a global project rollout.What will you be doing?Work with global stakeholders and brand managers to keep the new omnichannel process fresh, including integrating with new and evolving tools and embedding AI supportKeep the process excellent by monitoring quality for global markets, supporting improvements and working with global brand teams to constantly ensure adherence to the processUpskill key individuals within regions (market business owners, consumer planners and brand managers) to become highly capable in connections planning and the new planning processDrive best practice within market to ensure world class connections planningSkills and experience weโd like you to haveExperience gained within a strategy, planning or consumer research roleExperience and/or knowledge of marketing disciplines beyond media and advertising, someone with broader understanding of the omnichannel consumer ecosystemPrevious experience in CPG marketingStrong consumer insights and analytical skillsAbility to work with multiple marketing disciplines and drive consensusDemonstrate both creative and critical thinking across a breadth of marketing challengesComfortable in a start up environment and has ability to be flexible and enterprisingWe're all about our business and our clientโs businesses reflecting the world around us, which means we embrace diversity and inclusion and promote equity and belonging.
