Fully Remote
A leading financial institution is seeking a service introduction manager to create and maintain a structured, controlled approach for introducing new services.
Candidates should have:
- Experience with Release & Change Management processes
- Background in Service Management, Release, or Service Introduction Management
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
- Understanding of Project Management principles and methods
- Stakeholder Management
- ITIL qualifications
- ServiceNow knowledge and experience (desirable).
