Salary: £280 - £350 a day
Company Overview:
UK Staffing Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager for one of our leading clients. In this position, you’ll be working on an exciting large architectural project for a company that specializes in 4 key sectors: Commercial & Industrial, Retail & Leisure, Public Sector and bespoke design & Manufacturing (joinery).

Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include enforcing health and safety regulations, coordinating the workforce, maintaining schedules, managing materials, and resolving on-site issues. Acting as the main on-site contact, the Project Manager communicates with project stakeholders and keeps accurate records while providing regular progress updates. You must lead effectively to ensure team productivity, possess strong technical construction knowledge, and quickly resolve issues. Excellent communication skills along with attention to detail for quality standards are essential as well as time management skills. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations is necessary to maintain a safe site environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card
- HNC in Construction & The Built Environment (or similar qualification)
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Experience on NEC4
