About The Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Communications
This person will be responsible for design and delivery of projects for both investor relations and corporate communications, developing and executing strategies to strengthen our profile. Key elements include execution of corporate branding and positioning as well as tactical implementation of corporate news flow. The person will also play an essential role in interactions with the investment community, coordinating across internal stakeholders and agencies to strengthen our investor story through multiple channels. This position reports to the Vice President, Strategy & Planning. As the organization grows, there will be career development opportunities to grow and expand responsibilities.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Lead development of corporate messaging and materials, including corporate presentations, website content, executive talking points, etc., in collaboration with others in the organization.
- Establish, update, and support news flow strategies and calendars.
- Lead the development of corporate communication materials on behalf of Company including press releases, brochures, presentations, Web and social media content key message documents and FAQs.
- Lead creation of integrated company branding for all internal and external materials.
- Manage support for investor interactions including data management confidentiality agreements investor calendar etc.
- Create and coordinate our presence at scientific meetings.
- Increase executive visibility thought leadership via media outreach conference participation through thought leadership channels.
- Responsible for managing external partners agencies to execute on content timing appropriate media outreach surrounding announcements.
- Work closely with Executive Team on execution external internal communications.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology organization in one or more areas: marketing/communications or business development/investor relations.
- Strong communications expertise including written verbal presentation interpersonal skills an ability to simplify complex information; writes clearly informatively adjusts style meet needs audience experience content development generation amplification; understanding both established emerging PR tactics maximize impact.

Minimum education: Bachelors degree.
