Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious marketer ready to take on a key role within a high impact and fast-paced marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO), you will have the opportunity to form part of the Marketing & Communications senior leadership team - managing a team of Demand marketers driving growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of demand and campaign marketers across demand, campaigns, and events.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations & Transformation, Portfolio Marketing, Content; lead development/execution of clear repeatable campaign process.
- Be responsible for global lead generation for Group marketing team; set clear KPIs/pipeline goals.
- Align events strategy with regional/global marketing campaigns/revenue goals by region.
- Enforce/review regular campaign reporting from cross-functional teams; measure impact/optimise tactics.
- Bring marketing/comms functions together for integrated campaigns/connected approach.
- Set Campaign KPIs; work with broader marketing functions on KPI generation/growth through campaign lead gen.
- Drive reporting enhancement aligned with strategic priorities; ensure analytics processes/dashboards are effective.
- Report monthly on marketing revenue pipeline/improve processes/visibility within Salesforce.
- Project manage campaigns; hold regular assessment/reporting meetings with stakeholders/monthly performance reports to CMCO.
- Generate insights on engagement behaviours/identify high performing channels/assets in campaign journey.
- Support strong stakeholder relationships with regional MDs/Sales Leaders/accountability for revenue targets/campaign objectives.
Leadership Role
Reporting to CMCO/Head of Marketing Transformation: drive Campaigns team towards strong CX campaigns/objectives/KPIs/measurable outcomes (including NPS/Satisfaction/CX touchpoint survey execution). Develop audience-focused strategy/support regionalisation of strategic plans.
Collaboration & Strategy Development
Work closely with Head of Marketing Transformation/support data-driven approach/clear measurable outcomes from activities. Develop understanding of relevant Apex product set/feed new products into regional marketing campaigns/adhering to Group Tone of Voice.
Skills Required
Proven experience in B2B marketing role demonstrating demand/campaign success. Strong leadership qualities/develop relationships with senior stakeholders across business positioning as strategic partner. Detail-oriented/numeric skills/managing multi-million dollar budgets simultaneously while keeping projects organised/focused.
Relationship Management Skills
Strong relationship building/negotiate internal/external stakeholders/work fast pace within rest of marketing team. Natural problem solver/change agent supporting CMCO driving change behaviours/processes evolving function in hyper-growth environment.
Team Management Experience
Experience managing remote teams/different skillsets/interested developing talent reaching full potential - managing more than 5 people mandatory while remaining connected through regular calls/conversations.
Technical Proficiency
Natural aptitude collaboration/excellent communication skills required along CRM/MAP tools experience - Salesforce (Pardot bonus). Undergraduate degree required; Chartered Institute Marketing qualification (or equivalent) bonus.
