Role Description
This is a commission-based remote role for a Customer Success Executive at Kaizen. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, providing customer support, and managing customer accounts on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
- Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- Customer Support experience in assisting customers
- Account Management for handling customer accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
