About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a specialist in Re-Cladding and cladding contractor for projects across Nottingham, Birmingham, Prestatyn and Leicester. This is a key role managing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. We will hire someone who is either salaried or on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Re-cladding projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Regularly report on project progress and resolve on-site issues.
Key Requirements
- SMSTS and CSCS.
- Proven experience in cladding/Re-Cladding project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
