About the Role
Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Creating and leading a high-performance partnerships management organisation that will deliver revenue objectives and support the wider business growth strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with senior management to define the organisation's alliance strategy.
- Analyse market trends, identify potential partners, and assess alignment of partner capabilities with organizational goals.
- Develop a roadmap for partnership opportunities; establish criteria for selecting and prioritizing potential alliances.
- Hire, lead, develop, inspire, motivate your team; deliver against regional/global business/team objectives by role modelling world-class behaviours; hold self/others accountable.
- Deploy resources into areas of best impact to execute on strategy ensuring supporting resources are effectively engaged.

Requirements
Partner identification and relationship building:
- Identify/evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit; complementary capabilities; shared objectives.
- Establish/nurture effective collaborative relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite/senior executives in these organizations.

Negotiation and contract management:
- Lead/coach direct reports through complex negotiations with potential partners for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Define terms/conditions of partnership including responsibilities/objectives/financial arrangements.
- Liaise with ICIS Legal department for contract drafting/execution/alignment on expectations/deliverables.

Internal communication:
- Display excellent communication skills/influence people across multiple disciplines within ICIS using data-driven arguments for successful outcomes.

Partner management:
Once alliances are formed:
- Oversee ongoing management of these partnerships; establish governance structures/communication channels/performance metrics for monitoring success/effectiveness of partnerships team ongoing management.
- Facilitate regular meetings/collaboration between partner organizations ensuring both parties fulfill obligations/driving value from partnership.

Business development/revenue generation:
- Work with partners identifying/pursuing joint business opportunities; collaborate sales/marketing teams developing go-to-market strategies/joint offerings driving revenue growth.
- Track/report financial impact/alliance measuring key performance indicators such as revenue growth/market penetration/customer acquisition.

Relationship maintenance/expansion:
- Continuously nurture/strengthen relationships with partners/proactively identify new collaboration/opportunity expansion innovations/resolving escalations/conflicts ensuring productive/mutually beneficial partnership.

Market research analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends/industry developments competitive landscape/conduct market research/gather data/analyze intelligence identifying potential partnership opportunities understanding impact alliances organization's growth strategy.

Coaching/development:
Responsible executing coaching framework/measuring growth continued success devising individual coaching plans each direct report ensuring continuous improvement exceptional customer experience/reputation.
