Reporting to: Business Services Manager
Job Summary
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the Quality and Compliance Administrator will be responsible for supporting the effective upkeep, effectiveness and revision of our Quality Management System and ISO accreditations. Duties will be varied but will include; alteration, revision and reissuing of QMS documents; reviewing requests for changes to strengthen and enhance company quality. Maintaining the Approved Supplier List, assisting with investigations of non-conformances and complaints, investigate and inform KPIs regarding supplier performance and RMAs. Assist with data processing and gathering for our Environmental ISO and Carbon Reporting. The role will also include maintaining calibration of measuring and testing devices company wide, including the forward scheduling of external calibrations and ensuring that engineers are never using uncalibrated equipment. Other administration duties within the Business Services Department as required.
Key Accountabilities
- Answering some phone calls, taking messages, and connecting calls to the relevant department
- Revising, updating and re-issuing of Quality Management System (QMS) documents
- Assist with the construction and real time maintenance of the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
- Assisting with internal and external audits of our QMS and ISO certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 13485:2016)
- Assist with the investigation of customer complaints, produce Corrective Action Reports (CARs)and input into CORE software package
- Schedule and administer the Calibration of all measurement equipment; produce status reports as required
- Alongside the Business Services Manager carry out random spot checks to ensure that correct processes are being adhered to at all times
- Data gathering & reporting for our environmental certification (ISO 14001:2015) & Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP)
- Input new calibration equipment onto company CRM Salesforce & produce reports where necessary
- Ensuring compliance records & information is always available on company's Sharepoint database to all staff
- Undertake other duties related to nature of job & its level responsibility
- Ensure that companies Document Register is always up-to-date & all previous revisions remain available for inspection

Experience
Relevant administrative experience for role including using appropriate Microsoft systems. Experience working in an environment where complete accuracy & superb record keeping is critical. Experience working as part of a team. Experience working with internal/external customers/suppliers. Experience working deadlines sometimes within a high pressure environment.
Knowledge Skills And Understanding
Excellent communication skills both written/verbal Good level IT skills experiencing using all Microsoft packages Good time management skills Knowledge Salesforce CRM would be an advantage though not essential as full training given.

Essential Education Qualifications
Educated GCSE level Mathematics English Grade C or above or equivalent
Desirable NVQ 3 higher relevant data critical specialism ISO relevant experience qualification
