Description
Location: Yorkshire
Duration: 6-12 months (Interim basis)
Work Arrangement: 2 days in office, rest remote
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing asset strategies for the optimisation of the property portfolio, maximising value, and sustainability.
- General estates management experience.
- Managing a team of 8.
- Acquisitions and disposals.
- Overseeing a portfolio consisting of residential and commercial units.
Requirements:
- Must be MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer status not essential).
- Prior experience within Estates Management is important.
- Experience in a Local Authority setting is ideal but not essential.
