RAN Capacity Planning Specialist
Rate: £320/day (Outside IR35)
Location: Remote (with occasional travel)

Role Overview
* Ensure optimal RAN performance through effective dimensioning within budget.
* Lead spectrum re-farming, legacy tech shutdown, and new technology rollouts (NB-IoT, CatM, mmWave 5G).
* Develop traffic growth models and conduct network audits to support key decisions.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of 2G, 4G, and 5G RAN technologies, interfaces, and architecture.
* Proven experience in RAN capacity planning and transformation.
* Ability to deliver innovative solutions and lead improvement initiatives.
