Overview:
Our client is undergoing a period of change, implementing a new Marketing Technology stack (Martech) to enhance customer engagement. We're looking for a leader who can architect and implement robust data solutions while effectively communicating with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and translating them into actionable technical strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of our cloud-based data warehouse and ETL pipelines using AWS, dbt, and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other data engineers.
- Champion best practices for data engineering, including data quality, data governance, and data security.
- Ability to assess existing systems and propose improvements.
- Contribute to the development of our clients' data roadmap and strategy.

Key Skills:
- Strong Data Engineering background.
- Experience working with complex datasets.
- Experience with Martech platforms is highly desirable.
