Description
Role: SAP Basis Consultant
Contract: 6 months
Day Rate: £800-£900pd Outside IR35
Hybrid: Fully remote (no office travel required)
The Hiring Manager describes this role as:
"A highly technical role, focused on performing heterogeneous system copies from one platform to another for SAP ABAP and Java systems. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime, data integrity, and troubleshooting throughout the migration process."
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in SAP Basis (10+ years)
- Proven track record of performing heterogeneous system copies preferably for SAP Basis (ABAP and Java systems recommended)
- In-depth technical knowledge of SAP ABAP and Java systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous certification in SAP Basis heterogeneous system copy is a plus
This is an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35, with the opportunity for extension. The role is fully remote with no requirement for office travel.
